1. The use of the electronic services of the application or the use of one of the available FRICON applications leads to the acceptance of the terms of this declaration. GENERAL: The protection and management of the private data of the user of this application, or the user of each one of the available applications of the FRICON is bound by the terms of this declaration, as well as those defined by the Greek law, the European Union law, the international agreements concerning the protection of the individual concerning private data process. Before you use the services available on our application or each one the FRICON applications make sure that you agree with the TERMS OF USE, as well as with this DECLARATION OF PRIVACY/PROTECTION of personal data and the PRIVACY POLICY of our company. The use of the electronic services on our application or one of the available FRICON applications entails the acceptance of this declaration.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: Our company collects personal data from the users of this application or the users of the FRICON applications only if the users agree to this and express their explicit consent, with the exclusive aim to offer high standard professional services which are described in the TERMS OF USE of our application and the FRICON applications. Personal data/information are the ones which will lead to the revelation of an individual’s identity or those that may be used to contact this individual. The personal data/information which is collected is as follows: first name, last name, telephone number, email account, customer’s address. We keep a record of this data/information with sole aim to offer our services and to contact our customers. Part or the whole of the data/information which the users of this application or the FRICON applications have sent may be used by our company or authorized partners with the purpose of improving offered services or for reasons of statistic process. The above mentioned process is carried out only after the related data/information has ensured the anonymity of the users.

3.PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA/INFORMATION: The private character of the information collected from the users of our application or the users of the FRICON applications is securely protected. 5. Our application FRICON uses the camera of the mobile device only to scan the qr code or the barcodes attached to the refrigerator. No image or video or any other data are stored to the device, nor are sent to our servers.
